Ordering Information
Do you have a storefront or shop location?
Not yet! We currently take orders online and fulfill them through scheduled pickup windows and pop-up markets. A permanent storefront will be coming in the future.
How can I place an order?
Orders are always open. Visit our Order Cookies page to select your cookies, build your box, and choose from the available pickup options when placing your order.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is currently only available for catering orders of 50+ cookies within the Utah County area. Most orders are pickup only in American Fork, UT. The exact pickup address is sent via text message the day before your pickup.
Is there a minimum for catering orders?
Catering Orders require a minimum of 24+ cookies. Customers may visit our Custom & Catering page to submit a request form, and we’ll respond with availability.
Delivery: Available only for catering orders of 50+ cookies in the Utah County area.
How long until my catering request is confirmed?
You’ll receive a response within 48 hours of submitting your request. If you haven’t heard back after that, please reach out using the contact information at the bottom of this page.
When will I receive the pickup address for my order?
You’ll receive the pickup address in an email the morning of your scheduled pickup day.
If you don’t receive this email or experience any issues, please contact us by email or phone and we’ll be happy to help.

What flavors do you offer?
Our flavors rotate regularly. See our 'Flavors Page' for the most up-to-date lineup.
What makes your ingredients special?
We focus on quality and freshness in every batch. Our cookies are made with ingredients like grass-fed butter, organic sugars and eggs, local unbleached flour, imported vanilla, and thoughtfully chosen mix-ins for flavor and texture, with no artificial food dyes.
Can I request custom flavors?
Currently, we don’t accommodate custom flavor requests. Orders are limited to the flavors available in our current lineup. Please visit our Flavors page to see what’s currently available.
How fresh are the cookies?
All cookies are baked fresh on the day of pickup or delivery, so you always receive them at their best.
Allergens & Dietary
What allergens should I know about?
Our cookies contain eggs, milk/dairy, chocolate, soy, and wheat (flour). Some flavors may also include nuts as they are introduced in select flavors. You can find detailed allergen information for each flavor on our Flavors page, listed under the Allergen Information section at the bottom.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Not at this time, but we hope to offer options for more dietary needs in the future.
Are there vegan cookies available?
We don’t currently offer vegan options, but we hope to expand our menu in the future.
Are your cookies nut-free?
Many of our cookies are made without nuts, and we do our best to prevent cross-contact. However, all cookies are made in a kitchen that also handles common allergens, including nuts. Cross-contact may occur, so please consume at your own discretion.
Payment & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We securely process payments through Shopify, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be changed once the preorder window closes, and all payments are nonrefundable. Because our cookies are made to order, please double-check your selections before placing your order.
What if I’m not satisfied?
We take pride in our cookies and want you to enjoy them. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us directly so we can make it right.
What happens if weather affects pickup or delivery?
We always prioritize safety and freshness. If weather creates a conflict with your scheduled pickup or delivery, we’ll contact you directly to arrange the best possible solution. If you haven’t heard from us and weather conditions seem uncertain, please reach out as soon as possible. We’re always happy to confirm details and make sure everything goes smoothly.
What if I can’t make my pickup time?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re unable to make your scheduled pickup time. Pickup windows are limited, and orders not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be forfeited without refund.
If we’re contacted in advance, we’ll do our best to arrange an alternate pickup time within the same day. If that’s not possible, your order may be eligible for store credit toward a future batch, at our discretion. Credits are not guaranteed and are only considered when communication is made within the pickup day window.
