Ordering

All cookies are made fresh to order during our Weekly Batch preorder window or through approved catering requests.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. Please review your selections carefully before completing checkout.

Pickup & Fulfillment

Orders are prepared for pickup on designated days and times, which are displayed during checkout. It’s your responsibility to arrive within your selected pickup window.
If you’re unable to make your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible, but missed pickups are non-refundable.

Quality & Allergen Disclosure

We take pride in crafting every cookie with care and high-quality ingredients.
All cookies are made in a home kitchen that also handles common allergens including eggs, milk/dairy, wheat, and nuts. While many of our flavors are nut-free, cross-contact may occur.
